DMCA Copyright Policy

xyz calculatorz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe content on xyz calculatorz infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our contact page with subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on xyz calculatorz where the infringing material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
Counter-notification
If content you posted was removed and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with substantially the same information as above plus consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in the district where you reside (or the district where the Site operator resides if you're outside the US).
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
